Position Summary

The Integrations Lead

The Integrations Lead will work as an extension of the Sales teams to affect high quality integrations, as well as to build / lead the Integrations team in order to grow and scale the needs of the organization. They will work with internal teams in order to manage project deliverables and to ensure a high-quality final solution both for the company and the client. They will need to effectively manage timelines and estimates on projects, control costs and determine when projects require professional services.

Key Accountabilities

Integrations

  • Work closely with inside sales team to provide pre-sales engineering support to potential and incoming clients and partners
  • Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities, including proposal generation, responses to client requirements/ RFPs/ RFIs, demo products/ solutions, attend client meetings
  • Gather requirements, architect solutions to address client and partner payment requirements and build out integration solutions
  • Provide documentation and testing assistance during integration process
  • Work on post go-live support needs and appropriate Customer Experience pod on migration
  • Accurately track and report efforts on a timely manner
  • Build and maintain a training program for integration specialists and various teams within the organization
  • Develop a suite of the most marketable solution offering to clients in the ISV, Financial Institutions and Direct Merchants
  • Communicate client and partner feedback to the product owners, acting as a liaison between the sales and technology teams to help guide enhancements and changes to the platform
  • Collaborate with top-tier integrated partners to design and implement integrations to the payment and reporting platforms
  • Support Financial Institution partners by providing integration and technical sales training to their integration teams

Team Ownership

  • Build the Integrations teams, that includes hiring, defining the roles and responsibilities, managing daily tasks and growth of all individuals on the team.
  • Work with all the Divisional Sales Heads to set and report on metrics for the Integrations team, and individual members of the team
  • Hold regular meetings with members of the Integrations team in order to provide status updates and help to identify and resolve blockers
  • Provide on-going mentorship and technical cross-training to sales and Customer Care teams
  • Provide internal 2nd tier support as needed for key partners and clients
  • Work with product and technology teams on product designs and enhancements, work with sales team to provide valuable client feedback
  • Act as a client advocate as needed, ensuring a consistently high level of service

Key Partners

  • Work with key non-white-label partners to support on-going sales support agreements
  • Effectively manage time and efforts in line with agreements with partners
  • Work with management team to report on costs associated with efforts, ensure a positive ROI on efforts across the relationship with partner
